Location: 2^nd Avenue and Grant Street

The Gateway Park Pedestrian Bridge, located in the City’s Gateway Park, was constructed in 1990 and is 35 years old. Currently, the bridge shows signs of deterioration and corrosion, demonstrating that the bridge requires replacement.

The Gateway Park Pedestrian Bridge Project (Project) will replace the bridge to enhance the safety and durability of the bridge, and address ADA compliance issues at the bridge approaches.

Construction is anticipated to be from approximately April 2026-November 2026.
