We welcome suggestions for events that complement our collections, services, and strategic goals.
If you are interested in partnering with the library on an event, please review the guidelines below and fill out the event proposal form. To submit a general idea for an event, please fill out the customer suggestion form
Ideas are evaluated according to how the event meets the needs and interests of the community; contribution to the Library's overall schedule of events; and the availability of Library staff to assist with coordination and presentation.
All events must be open to the public
All events must be free of charge
All event must contain no commercial advertising or direct solicitation
How Proposals are Reviewed
Library staff will evaluate your idea and get back to you if your proposal is accepted.
A limited number of proposals are accepted each quarter.
Due to the high volume of requests, we cannot respond to each submitted proposal.
