430 Station Park Cir. Station Park Green - Specific Plan and Design Guidelines Amendment

Project Description

The proposed project is a Modification to a previously approved Specific Plan and Design Guidelines (SPAR) (PA-2007-030 and PA-2014-055)) to change the mix of of floor area allowed for retail and office uses at the ground floor of 430 Station Park Circle. The project also includes minor exterior site improvements, including new furniture, lighting, and landscaping within the pedestrian walkway between South Delaware Street and Station Park Circle, as well as in the plaza located at the corner of South Delaware Street and Concar Drive. No changes are proposed to the previously approved total floor area, density, or building height.
