Project Description
This project includes a proposal to develop an existing vacant lot located on the corner of N. El Camino Real and W 3rd Ave. with a five-story mixed-use building consisting of commercial and residential uses. The proposed building consists of:
- 28-unit residential condominium units for sale including 4 affordable units for moderate income households (15%)
- 1,572 SF of commercial space at the ground level
- 16 parking stalls at the ground level
Project Update
- The current formal Planning Application (PA-2025-038) was submitted on May 1, 2025 and it was deemed complete on December 24, 2025.
- This formal Planning Application follows submittal of an SB330 Preliminary Application (PA-2025-006) which was deemed complete as of April 9, 2025. The Housing Crisis Act (SB30) (Government Code Section 65941.1) is a state law allowing the project to secure development standards, fees, and regulations as they apply at the time of submission with the submittal of all required documents as outlined in the City’s SB330 checklist.
