Project Description
The project proposes the demolition of all existing structures on a 44,283 square-foot parcel located at the intersection of Monte Diablo Avenue and N. Kingston Street to construct a proposed multifamily residential development consisting of three-story attached townhomes and a five-story apartment building. The project would consist of:
- 62 apartment units, and 10 townhome units for a total of 72 residential units
- Of the total 72 residential units, 7 would be devoted to the Very Low-Income category (13.7% of the base density of 51 units), and 1 would be devoted to the Low-Income category (1.9% of the base density of 51 units)
- 90 off-street parking spaces located in garages
