Project Description
This project includes a proposal to construct a new multi-family residential condominium complex and associated parking at 228 State Street. The project includes the merger of two 7,500 square-foot parcels (228 and 231 State St.) into one 15,000 square-foot parcel and the demolition of all structures the subject properties. The project consists of:
- 10 condominium units, each with two bedrooms
- 2 stories
- 19-on-site parking spaces (basement level parking)
- Approximately 12,750 square-feet
- 14 bicycle parking spaces

- The Application was filed on November 7, 2024
- An applicant led neighborhood informational meeting was held on August 10, 2024
