Project Description 

This project includes a proposal to demolish the existing single-family residence and three-unit multiple family residence to construct a new four-unit multi-family residence and associated parking. The proposed building consists of: 

  • Two four-bedroom and two one-bedroom residential units
  • Two-story building
  • Two on-site parking spaces (attached carport)
  • Approximately 5,800 square-feet 
  • Six bicycle parking spaces

Project Update 

  • The Application was filed on November 11, 2023, with project resubmittals filed on April 24, 2024 and December 19, 2024..
  • An applicant led neighborhood informational meeting was held in August 2023

Development Impact Fees

 This project would be subject to payment of the following impact fees and in-lieu fees:

  • Park Impact Fee
  • Sanitary Sewer Connection Charge
  • School Development Fees
  • Transportation Improvement Fee
  • Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase II Impact Fee
