Parking Variance to allow a one-car garage where a two-car garage is required for 29 Baytree Way and to allow a reduced parking stall size of 9 ft. by 17 ft. where a size of 10 ft. x 18 ft. is otherwise required for both addresses;
Setback Variance to allow a 3.81-ft. left side setback where 5 ft. is required for 22 De Sabla Road and a 4.86-ft. right side setback where 5 ft. is required and a 14.31-ft. front yard garage setback where 20-ft. is required for 29 Baytree Way
