This project includes the proposal to demolish the existing structures to construct a new mixed-use building on a 12,820 sf (0.29) acre site. The proposed building consists of:
- Four stories
- Approximately 5,353 sf of office on the ground floor
- 18 residential units on levels 2 through 4, two of which would be devoted to the very low-income category
- An underground parking garage with 22 parking spaces.
The applicant held a formal neighborhood meeting on September 25, 2019. The Planning Commission approved the subject project on May 10, 2022 by a vote of 3-0. Please see related materials below.
