Project Description

This project includes the proposal to demolish the existing structures to construct a new mixed-use building on a 12,820 sf (0.29) acre site. The proposed building consists of:

  • Four stories
  • Approximately 5,353 sf of office on the ground floor
  • 18 residential units on levels 2 through 4, two of which would be devoted to the very low-income category
  • An underground parking garage with 22 parking spaces.

Project Update

The Planning Commission approved the subject project on May 10, 2022 by a vote of 3-0. Please see related materials below. In February 2024, the applicant submitted a planning application (PA24-007) to extend the expiration date. The Zoning Administrator granted a two-year extension and moved the approved Planning Application (PA19-045) expiration date to May 10, 2026.
