Project Description
This application is submitted under Housing Crisis Act (SB330) (Government Code Section 65941.1.) Under the state law, the project secures development standards, fees, and regulations as they were at the time of submission, by providing all the required documents outlined in the City’s SB 330 Preliminary Application checklist. More information about SB 330 can be found in the Housing and Community Development (HCD) SB 330 website.
The project proposes the demolition of an existing office campus and construction of 222 three-story residential units located on an approximately 22-acre site at the northeast corner of Clearview Way and W Hillsdale Blvd. The proposed units will be a mix of attached townhomes and single-family homes.
The project consists of:
- 222 for-sale units, including a total of 33 moderate-rate income BMR units
- 73 small lot single-family homes
- 149 townhomes
- Communal open spaces including seating areas, walking paths, a park and a dog park.
