Services offered include:
Correcting code violations
Termite/Dry rot repairs
Major system updates
General property improvements and deferred maintenance related to health and safety or code compliance
Lead-based paint hazard reduction work
Energy and water conservation
How to Apply
Interested applicants can apply for deferred payment loans up to a maximum of $60,000 for a 20-year term with a 3% interest rate through Rebuilding the Peninsula. Email samloan@RTpeninsula.org for more information.
Minor Home Repairs
The City of San Mateo, using CDBG funds, provides grants to non-profit service agencies for provision of Minor Home Repairs to income qualified homeowners. The program offers home repairs to improve health and safety, housing accessibility modifications, and energy efficiency retrofit measures to income qualified individuals.
