The Housing Division provides financial assistance for the construction and rehabilitation of rental housing, minor home repair programs, and home ownership programs. The City also has an inclusionary zoning ordinance and a commercial linkage fee that provide below-market rate rental and ownership units and funds to supplement the above mentioned programs. 

City housing programs assist a variety of income groups including Very Low, Low and Moderate based on the San Mateo County median incomes as published by the State of California. Click here to view the current incomes.
