Project Status Update 

The previous development on this site is incomplete, and the former owner is no longer involved with the property. All prior approvals and entitlements have expired, and the project is considered abandoned.

City staff are now coordinating with the new property owner, Builders Capital, to ensure the site is maintained in accordance with City municipal codes while potential future uses are evaluated.
