Project Description

• Development of a four-story, 15-unit residential condominium building with below grade parking located at the southeast corner of 2nd Avenue and Fremont Streets.

Project Update

• A  Special Use Permit (SUP) planning application for off-site construction staging at the adjacent vacant lot was filed on February 14, 2022. The Planning Commission approved the project on July 26, 2022 by vote of 4-0.
• The formal application (PA-2015-048) was filed with the City on May 20, 2015. On November 21, 2016, the City Council reviewed the project and voted 4-0 (Council Member Bonilla was absent) to reverse the Planning Commission’s recommendation to deny the project.
