Investment Advisory Committee

About the Committee:


The Investment Advisory Committee (CAC) was established in 1995 as an administrative advisory committee to the City Manager. The IAC provides added insight and an independent perspective on the City’s investment policies and practices in accordance with Chapter 4.10 of the City Charter (Treasurer/Fiscal Director. Powers and Duties) and Section 53600 et al. of the California Government Code. The duties of the IAC and the Finance Director/Treasurer follow the City’s Investment Policy.
