Hillsdale Station Area Plan

The City is embarking on the creation of the Hillsdale Station Area Plan for a 150-acre area west of the Hillsdale Caltrain Station along El Camino Real. The first public workshop is scheduled for March 24, 2010 at 7:00pm at the San Mateo Senior Center.

2009 DRAFT General Plan and Housing Element

Census 2010
2010 is a Census year, with questionnaires mailed to all City residents in March. We are hoping for a 'complete count' in the 2010 Census in San Mateo, and your participation is essential.

Bay Meadows Development

Planning Commission Meetings
