Generation Voter (Gen V) is an initiative designed to provide inspirational entry points for young, motivated voters to engage in and learn about the election process, voting mechanics, and government advocacy. Gen V aims to objectively inform our next generation of voters so that they can impact a brighter future on both a local and national level.

After hearing from friends who wanted to vote but didn't know how, sisters Ava and Ella Giere were inspired create a simple, accessible path for their peers to participate in the election process. With the support of the Burlingame City Clerk's Office, the Gieres compiled essential information and developed content designed to inspire and inform young voters.

The City of San Mateo is looking forward to supporting this exciting project!
