  Attention San Mateo Residents...

Online via Zoom at San Mateo
Public Meeting Portal

Each year the City of San Mateo prepares an Action Plan that identify activities that are important to the San Mateo community and how we plan to spend the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. Planning is taking place for the 2021-2022 Program Year, the fourth year of the 2018-22 Consolidated Plan, as well as how to spend additional funding specifically targeted toward COVID -19 relief.

As part of that process, the Community Relations Commission would like to hear from the community what the highest priority needs are to help service our residents with lower incomes. These include eligible funding categories such as Public Services grants to nonprofit agencies to address Basic Needs, Youth Services, Senior Services & Affordable Housing, Community & Economic Development activities, such as Public Works infrastructure improvements.
