The General Unit negotiated the following incentives for police records specialists: Shift Differential (4.5%), Bilingual ($2,340/year), Uniform Allowance ($208/year), 0.5% deferred compensation funded by the City. Yes. CalPERS retirement 2% @ 55 with 3-year average final comp for “Classic” members and 2% @ 62 with 3-year average final comp for “New” members.
