This project includes a Site Plan and Architectural Review for a 17,187 square-foot, three-story mixed-use building. The proposed building consists of retail on the first floor, and office uses on the first through third floors. An additional 5,801 square-feet of office use is proposed on the basement level. Private open spaces are provided through a rooftop terrace and third-floor balcony. The project also includes a Site Development Planning Application for the removal and replacement of five street trees.

A Planning Commission Study Session is scheduled for Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 7:00pm, at City Hall, Council Chambers. Study Session items are for discussion purposes only, No Vote is taken. 

A formal preliminary Planning Application ("Pre-App") has been submitted proposing to develop an 11,464 square foot parcel that currently exists as an undeveloped lot. The applicant proposes an 18,421 square foot office building comprised of three floors. The applicant proposes to pay fees in-lieu of providing required off-street parking.

The Planning Commission held a Public Hearing at City Hall Council Chambers on Tuesday, October 22, 2019. The project was approved by vote (4-0).

The project proposes the complete demolition (100 percent of the existing exterior walls and roof structure) of the existing one-story, single-family home, and construction of a new 4,591 square foot one-story, single-family residence, including an attached 640 square foot three-car garage and one additional uncovered stall, for a total of four parking stalls located onsite.

The Planning Commission held a Study Session at City Hall Council Chambers on Tuesday, October 22, 2019. Study Session items are for discussion purposes only, No Vote was taken. 

The subject formal Planning Pre-Application includes the demolition of four office buildings to construct a 291-unit townhome development on two parcels with a combined lot area of 15.45 acres. The proposed townhomes are three stories and consist of two to three bedrooms. A total of 641 on-site parking spaces are proposed, which include attached two-car garages as well as uncovered visitor parking. Open spaces include private roof decks, publicly accessible trails, and publicly accessible pocket parks.

The Planning Commission held a Public Hearing at City Hall Council Chambers on Tuesday, September 24, 2019. The project was approved by vote (4-0).

This project includes a Tentative Parcel Map for the conversion of an existing duplex from single entity ownership to condominiums. No expansion or addition of dwelling units are proposed.
