A formal preliminary Planning Application "Pre-App" has been submitted to demolish the existing structures to construct 35 townhomes. The project site consists of four parcels totaling 53,737 square feet (1.23 acre). The townhomes would range from three to four stories tall and would total 80,526 gross square feet. The site would include 85 parking spaces.

City Council to Review Draft Study Areas! 

 
On August 19, 2019, the City Council is scheduled to review and discuss the draft General Plan study area boundaries, and provide direction. The General Plan study areas are those areas that have the potential to experience land use changes over the next 20 years. Identifying study areas is the first step in the process to develop and select land use and transportation alternatives. Meeting materials will be posted online on Friday, August 16th.
