PA-2016-073 / 2230 Ensenada Way, SFDDR 
Appeal of a Zoning Administrator Decision made on November 20, 2018 to approve the subject Single Family Dwelling Design Review (SFDDR) for a 422 square-foot second story addition to an existing two-story, split-level single family dwelling. The project also proposes a 140 square-foot ground-floor addition toward the rear of the dwelling.

PA-2018-013 / 1,2, and 3 Waters Park Residential 
Demolition of approximately 160,000 square feet of commercial office and construction of 190 residences, including single-family and multi-family units, and publicly accessible privately owned open space. The project requests a General Plan Land Use Designation Amendment from Executive Office to Medium Density Multi-Family; and a Building Height Amendment to allow an increase in height from 35 feet to 45 feet.

The City Council will hear the proposed project at their scheduled meeting on February 19, 2019. Meeting materials will be available on Thursday, February 14, 2019.
