Guidelines and comply with the applicable Zoning Code requirements.
PA 17-021 - 661 Nevada Avenue - Single Family Dwelling Design Review (SFDDR) for a 758-square-foot second story addition to an existing one story single-family dwelling.
PA 17-067 - 603 Parrott Drive - Single Family Dwelling Design Review (SFDDR) for a 614-square-foot second story addition to an existing two story single-family dwelling. This project also includes a new 122-square-foot covered second-story balcony in the front.
PA17-073 - 3706 Wilshire Avenue - Single Family Dwelling Design Review (SFDDR) for a 348 square-foot second story addition to an existing one story single family dwelling. The proposed second-story occurs primarily within the existing roof structure and will add one gabled, front-facing dormer.
PA17-084 - 206 Seville Way - Single Family Dwelling Design Review (SFDDR) for a 289 square-foot second story addition to an existing two story single family dwelling. The project also proposes a 114 square-foot first-floor addition to the rear of the building.

On February 5, 2018, City Council adopted a resolution to deny the appeal and upheld the Planning Commission decision to deny the project without prejudice.

The neighborhood meeting and Planning Commission Study Session for this item have been cancelled.
A pre-application has been submitted to demolish the existing commercial buildings on site and construct 935 multi-family dwelling units and 32,000 square feet of commercial/retail space, including the retention of Trader Joe’s and 7-11. The site is approximately 14.5 acres and currently occupied by the Concar Shopping Center, Shane Jewelers, 7-11 and Rite-Aid. The project also includes 3.69 acres of public and private park and recreational amenity areas.
