Pending Zoning Administrator Decisions
PA17-058 - 408 W. 25th Avenue - Single Family Dwelling Design Review (SFDDR) for a 472 square-foot second-story addition to an existing two-story single-family dwelling. The project includes a balcony, oriented to the east, off the second floor addition. The project is consistent with the Single Family Dwelling Design Guidelines and complies with the applicable Zoning Code requirements.PA17-063 - 75 Crystal Springs Road - Special Use Permit (SUP) -
Special Use Permit (SUP) for demolition of 64% of an existing roof structure of an existing two-story single-family residence, and roof pitch alterations which result in a height increase of 2 feet, 5 inches. The project also proposes demolition of 48% of the existing exterior walls, and additions of 76 square feet to the first floor and 37 square feet to the second floor. This project complies with the applicable Zoning Code requirements.

Bay Meadows Phase II - SPAR #1 Modification
An Informational Neighborhood Meeting was hosted by the master developer Wilson Meany on November 13th. The proposal includes modifications to the size and exterior design of the previously approved office buildings at the Bay Meadows II Station Office Blocks #1 and #5, originally approved by the City Council in April 2008. Office Block 1 is located at the NW corner of E. 28th Avenue and S. Delaware Street and Office Block 5 is at the SW corner of E. 31st Avenue and S. Delaware Street.

Planning Commission adopted the Written Findings of Denial at their meeting of October 10, 2017. The applicants have submitted an appeal to City Council. The appeal is scheduled for the City Council meeting on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. A public notice postcard will be sent out no later than 10 days before the scheduled meeting.
