Waters Office Park Residential Pre-Application
A neighborhood meeting was held on November 9th about the proposed redevelopment of a 11.1 acre property located off of Norfolk Street. All buildings in the existing business office park would be demolished and replaced with a mix of 190 for-sale residences. Also proposed is a new publicly accessible, privately-owned trail along Borel Creek and private open space.

Bay Meadows Phase II - SPAR #1 Modification
An Informational Neighborhood Meeting was hosted by the master developer Wilson Meany on November 13th. The proposal includes modifications to the size and exterior design of the previously approved office buildings at the Bay Meadows II Station Office Blocks #1 and #5, originally approved by the City Council in April 2008. Office Block 1 is located at the NW corner of E. 28th Avenue and S. Delaware Street and Office Block 5 is at the SW corner of E. 31st Avenue and S. Delaware Street.
4 West Santa Inez / I Engle Road Condominiums
Planning Commission adopted the Written Findings of Denial at their meeting of October 10, 2017. The applicants have submitted an appeal to City Council. The appeal is scheduled for the City Council meeting on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. A public notice postcard will be sent out no later than 10 days before the scheduled meeting.
