Public Hearing Items

Item 1.  PA15-076, 3334 Verdun Avenue, Single Family Dwelling Design ReviewStudy Session
Item 2.  PA16-097 - 2775 S. Delaware Street Bridge Apartments Pre-Application.  No decision will be made because this is a Study Session.  Project was not reviewed by the Commission on June 27 due to a lack of time and was continued to July 11, 2017.

Postcard Notices for the Week


Notice of Intent to Adopt A Mitigated Negative Declaration and a Planning Commission Public Hearing (previously included in the 6/23/17 Planning Newsletter)


PA16-084, One Franklin Parkway (Franklin Templeton Office SPAR).  An Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared for the project which identifies and discusses potential environmental impacts of the project and proposes mitigation measures to be incorporated in the project to eliminate any potentially significant impacts. The public review period is June 26, 2017 to July 17, 2017.
