Writers Helping Writers: Using Writing Prompts to Spark Your Creativity
Wednesday, April 14, 2021
Author and editor Audrey Kalman will speak on how to use writing prompts to spark your creativity. A prompt can be a great way to jumpstart your writing, especially when you’re feeling uninspired or dreading facing the blank page. But not everyone loves prompts! In this interactive writing session, Audrey Kalman will share how she went from prompt-doubter to prompt-lover, explore which kinds of prompts work in different writing situations, and guide you through a couple of brief prompted writing sessions. Come with pen and paper or your keyboard at the ready! Contact Cynthia McCarthy at firstname.lastname@example.org for the Zoom meeting link.
