This Pre-Application requests to develop an existing vacant lot located on the corner of S. El Camino Real and West 3rd Ave. to construct a proposed three-story office building. The project would consist of 19,989 square-feet of office uses and a third-floor terrace. No on-site parking is proposed, as the project qualifies for an exemption from parking requirements due to its proximity to major public transit under Assembly Bill 2097.
