A Formal Planning Application has been submitted to subdivide the parcel located at 262 Greenfield Avenue into two parcels to construct a new single-family residence on each parcel. The project consists of:
- A Special Use Permit for the demolition of the existing residence
- A Single-Family Dwelling Design Review for the construction of two, two-story residences (3,995 square-feet, and 3990 square-feet) each with a 2-car garage and attached Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit.
- A Site Development Planning Application for grading which exceeds 5 feet in height at its maximum point
- The applicant requested withdrawal of the planning application on March 6, 2023.
