Project Description

The project includes the demolition of all existing on-site structures for the construction of a new mixed-use building with the following key elements:

  • Four-stories
  • Approximately 43,000 square-foot building with ground floor retail and office uses above
  • No on-site parking is proposed

Project Update

  • On May 10, 2022, the Planning Commission held a study session to review the conceptual plans for the project, receive public comments and provide direction to the applicant and staff. The Pre-Application phase was competed on May 10th. (PA-2021-082)
  • On September 19, 2022, the City Council voted 4-0 to adopt an ordinance to reclassify, or rezone, the property from Neighborhood Commercial a Residential Overlay (C1-2/R5) to Central Business District (CBD) to align the property’s zoning designation with its Downtown Retail Core land use designation. The ordinance became effective 30-days after adoption. (PA-2022-002). 
  • On November 18, 2022, a formal planning application was submitted and is under review by the City. (PA-2022-089)
