A Special Use Permit for the demolition of the existing residence
A Single-Family Dwelling Design Review for the construction of a new residence
A Site Development Planning Application for grading which exceeds 5 feet in height at its maximum point
A new, two-story, 4 bedroom, and 4 bathroom dwelling
An attached 408 square-foot ADU
An attached 591 square-foot 3 car garage
On November 8, 2022, by a vote of 5-0, the Planning Commission approved the Special Use Permit (SUP), Single-Family Dwelling Design Review (SFDDR), and Site Development Planning Application for the new single-family dwelling and grading which exceeds five-feet in depth.
