A Preliminary Planning Application (Pre-App) has been submitted for a new mixed-use development located at 445 South B Street. The project site includes the entire block between 4th and 5th Avenue, from B Street to Railroad Avenue – including the City parking lot on 4th Avenue. The proposed project includes a seven-story affordable housing building with 60 affordable units, a five-story 156,000 sf office/retail building, 128 underground parking spaces, at grade open space, roof top common areas and public right-of-way improvements.
