Project Description

This project proposes to demolish all existing on-site structures to construct a new mixed-use building consisting of retail and residential uses. The proposed building consists of:

  • Five stories 
  • 9,199 sq. ft. of commercial space on the ground floor  
  • 48 apartment units (1-3 bedrooms), of which 5 units would be devoted to the very-low income category (15% of the base-density).
  • 19 commercial/visitor and two accessible residential parking spaces on the ground floor and 49 residential parking spaces on one, subterraneous level. 

Project Update

  • A Planning Commission Public Hearing is currently scheduled for this project on December 12th. Please see the “Meetings” section below for more information.
  • Formal Application was submitted on May 20, 2022 and is currently under review with City departments. Following the City’s complete review of the application, the applicant will hold a public hearing with the Planning Commission for approval of the proposed project.
  • The Project’s Planning Commission Study Session was held on February 8, 2022.
  • The required neighborhood meeting was held on January 20, 2022.
