Planning Application for a Site Plan and Architectural Review (SPAR) and Site Development Planning Application (SDPA) for partial reconfiguration of an existing surface parking lot as an outdoor amenity space for food trucks. The proposed improvements include food truck parking, seating and landscaping. The amenity is intended to provide convenient, on-site dining options for the office park tenants.
The area of work is limited to approximately 13,613 square-feet of the parking lot and will remove 27 parking stalls located in the slope setback area.
Landscape improvements include a new irrigation system, drought-tolerant planting and 19 new 24-inch box trees. The proposed plantings will replace 18 trees removed by the project, none of which are considered “Protected Trees.” No changes are proposed to the existing office buildings and use.
On February 8, 2022, the Planning Commission approved the project by vote of 4-0.
