Project Description
A formal Planning Application (PA22-088) has been submitted for a proposed private indoor tennis facility for personal use located at 2164 Palm Ave. The project consists of:
- Two-story, 14,553 square-foot indoor tennis facility
- First floor: One covered regulation sized tennis court, garage, indoor warm-up area, lobby, restroom and storage room (12,862 sq. ft.).
- Second floor: Storage room, mechanical room, restroom, and post tennis activity room (1,690 sq. ft.).
- Four on-site parking spaces. Two surface parking spaces and two covered parking spaces located in an attached garage at the front of the structure.
Project Update
- On June 13, 2023, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing and approved the project by a vote of 5-0.
- This Formal Application submitted on November 18, 2022
- The project’s Pre-Application Planning Commission Study Session was held on March 22, 2022
- The required neighborhood meeting was held on February 28, 2022

This project would be subject to payment of the following fees and in-lieu fees:
