Project Description
The applicant seeks to:
- modify a previously approved SPAR (PA-2007-055) for residential block RES 6 to include a reduction in overall project square footage (105,164 sq. ft. to 95,036 sq. ft.)
- change to the bedroom number composition of the units
- adjustment to the interior courtyard in both plan and elevation to accommodate additional residential amenities
- exterior elevation changes
- adjustment to the total open space (private and common open space) area
- relocation of the garage driveway
- reduction in required parking count (111 stalls to 106 stalls); changes to parking layout
- modifications to the building footprint, addition of a secure, at-grade bike parking facility
- installation of solar voltaic panels
- 2-foot increase in overall building plate height
Project Update
- On Sept. 10, 2020, the Planning Commission approved the proposed SPAR Modifications and amendment to Condition of Approval #47.
