PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This Formal Planning Pre-Application “Pre-App” has been submitted for Peninsula Heights, a 291-unit, for-sale townhome community. The sites in their existing condition consist of a total of four existing office buildings, which would be demolished. The proposed townhomes are arranged among a total of four parcels grouped into a “Northern” and a “Southern” parcel. The units consist of a range of two to three-bedroom layouts, a height of three to four stories, and attached garages for a total of 641 parking spaces inclusive of guest parking spaces. Usable open spaces would be provided in a combination of private roof decks and balconies, and publicly accessible trails, open spaces, and pocket parks.
