A formal preliminary Planning Application “Pre-App” has been submitted to demolish the existing on-site structures, to be replaced by two buildings totaling 74,990 square feet on a 37,500 square foot site.
The project consists of a five-story mixed-use building along the S. El Camino Real frontage, which includes office on the ground floor and 36 residential units in the four stories above, totaling 63,654 square feet.
The project includes eight (8) two-story townhomes along the Jasmine Street frontage, totaling 11,336 square feet.
The project also proposes 82 underground parking spaces.
A Pre-Application was filed on July 24, 2018.
A neighborhood meeting was held on April 3, 2019, and a second neighborhood meeting was held on November 19, 2019.
A Planning Commission Study Session was completed on December 10, 2019.
