'Sore' with the Eagles: Boot camp with the soldiers

Are you Army boot camp ready? Ready for physical training with an active duty soldier? Join us for an early morning fitness boot camp with the 101st Airborne soldiers who are visiting from Fort Campbell, Kentucky as part of 'Operation Eagle Visit - Homecoming 50 Years.'

The hour long workout in Central Park will be led by our adopted units.

Preparation Drill Workout:

  • Exercise 1: 50m Sprint
  • Exercise 2: 10x10 (Pyramid) Push Ups
  • Exercise 3: 10x10 (Pyramid) Sit Ups
  • Exercise 4: 25 Burpees
  • Exercise 5: 200 Air Squats
  • Exercise 6: 50m Sprint.
  • Recovery Drill/Cool down

Optional Souvenir T-shirt $15.
