Current buildings approved by the City Council on January 20, 1998.
The Planned Development Planning Application included a Condition of Approval that the public storage use would expire on January 1, 2017 unless terminated by the owner prior to that date.
This Condition of Approval allows the applicant or property owner to apply for an extension of the original Planned Development approval to remove the expiration date.
The applicant is also proposing facade modifications to the existing building, wider sidewalks, new landscaping, street trees, and signage.
