Project Description

The Planning Application was filed on February 1, 2016. The project included a 15,322-square-foot, four-story multi-family residential condominium building with a 23-car subterranean automated parking system and two (2) guest parking stalls. The project also included a Site Development Planning Application to remove 22 trees (6 inches or more in diameter), including five (5) heritage trees (2 Coast Live Oak, 1 Coast Redwood, 1 Canary Island Palm, and 1 California Pepper). A Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map is proposed to merge two existing parcels into one parcel and create 10 residential condominium units and associated common area. 

Project Update

On February 5, 2018, City Council adopted a resolution to deny the appeal and upheld the Planning Commission decision to deny the project without prejudice.
