On February 7, 2011, the City Council approved a Specific Plan, Design Guidelines, Mitigated Negative Declaration, and Ordinance for Adoption of the Station Park Green Development Agreement. Due to project modifications to the project, the Specific Plan and Design Guidelines will require a decision by the City Council. Formal application for Site Plan & Architectural Review (SPAR), Site Development Permit (SDP) and Parcel Map for design details of a mixed-use transit oriented development with office, retail residential and public use facilities, including parks. A Specific Plan, Design Guidelines, Development Agreement and Mitigated Negative Declaration were previously approved for this project. While these approvals have been granted, the specific design of buildings and public improvements were not detailed at that time. The present formal application submittal is for the review of these details in addition to amendments to the Specific Plan and Design Guidelines.
