Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to wear my mask at the event? Physical Distancing?

From the State Reopening announcement that occurred on Tuesday, June 15th, 2021, the State of California no longer has county tiers, physical distancing requirements, and has a more relaxed face mask guidance. The wearing of face masks are not required for adults and children outdoors, but those who want to wear a face mask can do so if they please. Keep those safe around you and stay home if you do not feel well.

Do I need to pre-register for this event?

Registration is not required for this event.

Will there be food and/or beer and wine sales at the event?

  • The San Mateo City Parks and Recreation Foundation will not be selling beer and wine this year.
  • Food vendors include Fletch's hot dogs and Fletch's taqueria. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we have less food vendors participating this year.
  • You maybe bring your own food and drink into the event.

Will there be a raffle at intermission?

There will not be no raffle this year. We will bring back this popular amenity next year in 2022.
