Types of Applications Accepted:
- First-time passports
- Renewals for passports issued before the applicant was sixteen (16) years old
- Renewals for expired passports issued more than 15 years ago.
- Replacement of lost, stolen or damaged passports
Come Prepared:
Print and complete the DS-11 form before coming into the Passport Service office to help expedite the process. Bring previous passport, if applicable.
