What are some of the projects we've recently completed?

• Coordinate efforts with the Civic Facilities Group to implement network and phone services in the new Police facility
• Provide technical advice for the Library’s/PLS network upgrade
• Implement a new Computerized Maintenance Management System, including tree inventory system, for Parks and Recreation
• Implement Phase I (PD, Library) of City-wide electronic Facilities Access System
• Strategic Initiatives:
  • Enhance integration of City-wide GIS-based information
  • Convert the City’s email system from IBM Domino/Notes to Microsoft Exchange/Outlook
  • Upgrade City’s telephone system to VoIP
