Who should I contact in case of a complaint or concern?
If there is an emergency, dial 911. If it is a non-emergency or you want to discuss a complaint or concern, contact the Harbor Patrol at (650) 522-7467 during regular operation hours.

How and where do I launch my boat?
The launch facility is located at 1595 Seal Street (cross street is Roberta Drive) at Parkside Aquatic Park. The Harbor Patrol station opens Memorial Day weekend and operates daily June through the end of August, and weekends only in September.

How much does it cost to launch my boat?
Boaters may purchase an annual pass for $450 for boats 5 horsepower or more and $250 for boats under 5 horsepower. Daily passes are $40 for boats 5 horsepower or more and $25 for boats under 5 horsepower. Non-powered and sail boats that do not need ramp access are exempt from use fees. Daily passes are only available during regular staffed hours.

The Harbor Patrol Station is staffed weekends from 9am-9pm and varying schedules Monday-Friday through September 2011. For information on launching a vessel when staff is not present, call (650)522-7467 and leave a message.  Staff will return your call at the start of the next shift.

Are kayak rentals available?
Yes, Aquan Sports rents kayaks at the Parkside Aquatic Park facility. They can be reached at (650) 593-6060.

Do you allow jet skis on the lagoon?
No, "motorized ski-type craft" are not allowed in the lagoon. "Motorized ski-type craft" means any motorized personal water craft ridden by one or more persons that may be submerged in the water, including but not limited to jet skis.

Where in the lagoon can I ski or wakeboard?
Skiing is allowed in zones A and E with the slalom course located in zone E. Water skiing is allowed from sunrise to sunset Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to sunset on weekends and holidays.
