How to Get Started
The San Mateo Neighborhood Watch program has over 400 participating blocks. Bringing this valuable crime prevention program to your block is easy.
The first step is identifying a Block Captain. The Block Captain coordinates the program for their block by working directly with Police Officer John Rink.
Learn how to be become a Block Captain and get the program started
