You can design your own fitness program by combining the cardiovascular benefits of aerobics with strengthening, stretching and toning. And you can combine your aerobics or strength training with one of our movement awareness classes like Yoga or Tai Chi.

Not sure what class is for you?
So you know you want to incorporate a fitness class into your schedule but you’re not sure which will be most fun for you? We offer a Drop-in Pass for $9 for classes 1 hr or less and $12 for classes over 1 hr, which allows you to “test drive” a class before signing up. Drop-in passes are only available for classes with open spaces so be sure to check with the front desk to make sure the class you’d like to try has room.
