Children need physical activity – it is as important to their well being as good nutrition or proper sleep. We have a number of fitness classes designed to get and keep children engaged in physical activity. Through our youth fitness classes, your child will:

We offer a yoga class for children ages 3 – 18 years which teaches relaxation techniques and strengthens core muscles as well as invigorate the body. We ask students to wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat.
Zumba Fitness for Kids
Zumba is a fun, energized and upbeat dance fitness class. We'll rock out and party to the rhythms of Latin flavor salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop, and much more. With this safe and effective workout, kids can't wait to get into the groove.
Strength & Conditioning for Teens
Have fun and build confidence learning proper training techniques, sports conditioning, stretching, core work and mobility drills with personal trainer, Doug Fioranelli. With this proper strength and conditioning program, both male and female athletes can achieve their goals.
Give Me Five: Family Fun & Fitness
Give Me Five provides you the opportunity to take a class with your child – and see benefits for the whole family. This innovative program is based on 8 years of research and features a new theme each week. It incorporates healthy eating, cardio activities and, most importantly, fun! This class is for children ages 6 – 18 years and a parent.
Workout with your child. We offer this class for children 18 months – 4 years. This class encourages adults and children to work together to make exercise fun. Please bring a mat and water and wear comfortable clothes.
