Due to construction and preparation to move to a Temporary Public Service Counter beginning Monday, 2/27.
New Building Codes Adopted by the City Council
2016 California Building Codes have been adopted by the City Council. These new codes will be effective beginning January 1, 2017. Any plans submitted for plan check prior to 12/31/16 will be reviewed under the current code; any plans submitted after January 1, 2017 will be reviewed under the new code.

Management Audit Implementation Roadmap
The Roadmap identified 224 prioritized recommendations and focused on ways to improve the department in a number of ways.
